By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

4. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- The product includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components
- The product shows no signs of installation, modification, or use
Used, installed, or modified items are not eligible for return, except in cases where the item arrived defective or damaged.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 4 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or issue
- A brief description of the problem
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
Failure to report damage within 4 hours may result in the claim being denied.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team within the applicable return window
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item using the provided instructions within 7 days of approval
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
7. Return Shipping & Fees

Non-Defective Returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

Defective or Damaged Items:
- Return shipping is covered by us
- No restocking fee applies
If a return is sent using a method other than the approved process, shipping costs may not be reimbursed.
8. Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
If preferred and approved, a replacement item may be issued instead of a refund.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible products that meet all return conditions. Replacement items are shipped after the original item is received and approved.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items reported after 4 hours (damage claims)
- Installed, used, or modified products
- Custom-ordered or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or digital/downloadable products
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
11. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above
